Where the numbers come from

• Base costs and provider shipping are synced nightly from the Printful and Printify catalogs. Last sync: 2026-09-06.
• Channel fee rates (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, card processing) are taken from each platform's published fee schedule and re-verified quarterly. Last verified: 2026-07-23.

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts and no database, and the prices you type are never sent anywhere — see the privacy policy for the analytics and third-party services the site does use.

How it's funded

The site earns affiliate commissions when users sign up with Printful, Printify, or Shopify through our links. That's the whole business model — see the full disclosure. The commissions never influence the calculator's output.
