Privacy Policy

This policy explains what POD Profit Calc collects, what it doesn't, and which third parties are involved. The short version: there are no accounts, no logins, and nothing you type into the calculator ever leaves your browser.

What the calculator does with your input

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The prices, shipping amounts, product, provider, and channel you select are computed locally in JavaScript and are never transmitted to us or stored on a server. There is no database and no user account.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which links are used. It records aggregate page views and a small number of events (for example, that an outbound provider link was clicked). Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not build a cross-site profile of you; visitor data is de-identified. See Vercel's analytics privacy documentation.

The product suggestion form

If you use the “Product not listed?” form, the product link or ID you submit — and the page you submitted it from — is sent to Formspree, a third-party form service, so we can review it. Don't put personal information in that field; we only need the product link. Submissions are used solely to decide whether to add a product to the catalog. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Affiliate links

This site is funded by affiliate commissions. When you click a link to Printful, Printify, or Shopify, that company may set a cookie or record a referral parameter so it can attribute a later signup to us. That activity is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. Full details are on the affiliate disclosure page.

Advertising

Advertising is not currently running on this site. This section describes how it will work if and when ads are enabled, so the policy is complete in advance.

POD Profit Calc uses Google AdSense to serve advertising. In connection with this:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
• More detail is in Google's policy on how it uses data from sites that use its services.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message before personalized advertising cookies are set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through that message.

What we never do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't ask for or store names, addresses, or payments.
• We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the calculator will keep working, since it doesn't rely on them. You can use the site without ever submitting the suggestion form.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above will change with it.
