Found a wrong number?

This is the most useful thing you can send. Provider base costs are synced automatically and fee rates are checked by hand, so mistakes do happen. Include the product, the sales channel, what the calculator showed, and what you were actually charged — that's enough to track it down and fix it. Corrections get priority over everything else.

Want a product added?

Use the “Product not listed?” link under the product search on the calculator. Paste the Printful or Printify catalog link and it goes straight into the review queue — that's faster than email, since every suggestion is verified against the providers' live catalogs before it's added.

Questions about how the math works are answered on the about page, and how the site makes money is covered in the affiliate disclosure. For anything else — corrections, partnerships, press, or privacy requests — email is the way.
