The results are estimates

Everything this calculator produces is an estimate for planning purposes. It is not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Base costs vary by product variant — size, color, print area, print placement — and marketplaces change their fee schedules without notice. Before you commit to a price, verify the live cost of your exact variant with your provider and the current fee schedule with your sales channel.

Accuracy and availability

Provider base costs are synced automatically and channel fee rates are re-verified periodically; the dates of the most recent updates are in the site footer. Even so, the data may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The site is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, and may be changed or taken offline at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POD Profit Calc and its operator are not liable for any loss — including lost profits or business losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Pricing decisions for your business are yours.
